Merchandising Consultants Associates (MCA) is a Canadian‑owned leader in retail merchandising and in‑store execution. The company partners with top brands across Canada and the USA to deliver on‑shelf excellence and drive consumer purchase.

Key responsibilities

• Set up attractive product displays and arrange merchandise according to detailed planograms, optimizing visibility and brand representation.
• Build, modify, and dismantle displays while strictly adhering to client quality and branding standards.
• Ensure products are well‑stocked, properly arranged, and ready for customer purchase.
• Install eye‑catching signage and perform additional merchandising services as required.
• Complete online reports, upload photos, and provide regular updates to keep stakeholders informed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key representative for MCA.
• Utilize advanced image‑recognition apps and scanning technology to collect valuable retail data.

Required profile

• Reliable and takes pride in their work.
• Familiar with merchandising in grocery, drug store or big‑box settings.
• Able to read and execute planograms.
• Comfortable using smartphone imaging apps and taking photos.
• Self‑starter who thrives under pressure and ambiguity.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to an insured vehicle.

What we offer

• Hourly wage of $17 CAD.
• 10‑15 hours per week with flexible scheduling, typically Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm.
