About the role
We are looking for a Retail Sales Supervisor to lead our store operations in Radium Hot Springs. The role involves overseeing daily retail activities, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold.
- Determine staffing requirements and assign duties.
- Study market research and trends to forecast demand and sales.
- Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
- Organise daily store operations.
- Manage staff performance and conduct training.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 2 to less than 3 years of retail sales supervisory experience.
