Store Manager - Retail

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead daily operations of our cosmetics and toiletries retail outlet in Etobicoke. The role involves overseeing staff, managing inventory, and driving sales while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and control daily operations.
• Evaluate, plan and organize daily operations.
• Manage staff (5-10 people), assign duties and oversee payroll.
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and sales potential.
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold and implement pricing policies.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
• Resolve customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
• Recruit, hire and supervise staff and volunteers.
