About the role
The Sales Administrator will support daily retail and wholesale operations, handling both in‑store and online sales activities while ensuring smooth logistical processes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer service and handle sales transactions through online e‑commerce platforms.
- Organise and maintain inventory, oversee preparation of sales orders and international purchase orders.
- Perform administrative and office activities, including database management and documentation.
- Plan, organise and oversee operational logistics for the retail/wholesale environment.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication with a client‑focused mindset.
- Proactive, organised and able to multitask with minimal supervision.
