About the role
We are seeking an Assistant Manager for our wholesale division to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure high standards of inventory and customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule work assignments.
- Order supplies and maintain inventory.
- Assist in budget preparation.
- Evaluate customer service and store environments.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers.
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
- Establish operational procedures.
- Develop quality management and quality assurance standards.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Organized, reliable and demonstrated leadership.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
