About the role

Henry's is a leading camera and photography store in Winnipeg looking for a part‑time Sales Associate. You will work on the shop floor delivering exceptional customer service, sharing product expertise, and helping customers find the right gear. The role offers a $16 hourly wage and a friendly, passion‑driven team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess their photography needs, and recommend suitable DSLR, mirrorless or video equipment.
• Demonstrate accessories, promote the Henry's Learning Lab courses and the Extended Life Plan.
• Maintain store presentation by stocking products, cleaning showcases, and organizing demo models.
• Stay updated on current promotions, new product releases, and industry trends.
• Sign customers up for newsletters and follow‑up communications.

Required profile

• Strong sales mindset with a focus on closing deals.
• High standards of customer service and retail professionalism.
