Field Sales Representative

About the role

UNO Foods Inc., a leading importer and distributor of Asian food products, is seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to serve customers across the Greater Vancouver area. You will be the primary point of contact for independent stores, chain retailers, and food‑service establishments, driving sales and ensuring excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Travel throughout Greater Vancouver to visit accounts, book orders, resolve issues, and coordinate deliveries, credits, and returns.
• Generate sales across independent stores, chain locations, and food‑service accounts while developing strong relationships to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and execute sales and merchandising strategies, upsell products, and close deals.
• Collaborate with accounts receivable, shipping/receiving, and other departments to maintain seamless account management.

Required profile

• Valid British Columbia driver’s licence and a reliable personal vehicle (monthly mileage reimbursement provided).
• Strong English communication skills; ability to speak Tagalog, Mandarin and/or Cantonese is required.
• Familiarity with Filipino and Asian food products is an asset.
• Post‑secondary education or equivalent and previous field sales experience preferred.
• Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

What we offer

• Base salary of $55,000 CAD per year.
