Sales Planning Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Planning Manager to lead our sales team in building relationships with business clients, manage negotiations, and drive strategic planning for new product lines. This role combines leadership, budget control, and cross‑functional coordination to support our commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a sales team of 3‑4 people, arranging training and conducting performance reviews.
• Plan, direct and evaluate sales activities across commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail establishments.
• Develop and control budgets, monitor expenditures and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Coordinate projects and programs, assign tasks and review progress to improve processes.
• Maintain inventory, provide customer service and manage negotiations of sales contracts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and operate with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s licence, own vehicle and willingness to travel, including cross‑border trips.
• Supervision of 3‑4 staff members and experience in product development, process improvement and project management.
