Retail Merchandiser – Part‑time, Toronto

About the role

Neptune Retail Solutions is looking for a part‑time Retail Merchandiser to join its fast‑moving team in Toronto. You will help ensure that products are displayed according to planograms, maintain strong relationships with suppliers, and deliver excellent customer service across multiple store locations.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange merchandise on shelves and displays following the approved planogram.
• Establish and maintain contact with suppliers to coordinate deliveries.
• Oversee the distribution of merchandise to various retail outlets.
• Provide on‑site customer service and address product‑related inquiries.
• Travel between store locations using your own vehicle; travel expenses are reimbursed.

Required profile

• Accurate and detail‑oriented with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Flexible, initiative‑driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to undergo a criminal record check and hold a valid driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Proficient use of the Internet for research and communication.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
