Retail Educator – Full-Time

About the role

The Educator role is the cornerstone of the guest experience at lululemon’s Rideau Centre store. As a full‑time retail associate, you will engage customers, share product knowledge, and embody the brand’s community‑focused culture.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with guests to deliver a seamless, time‑respectful shopping experience.
• Assess guest needs and provide customized purchase or return solutions.
• Deliver technical product education, highlighting value and benefits.
• Execute omnichannel services such as buy‑online/pick‑up‑in‑store, phone sales, and ship‑from‑store.
• Maintain store presentation by restocking, organizing merchandise, and performing cleaning tasks.
• Use in‑store technology to process transactions accurately and support operations.
• Gather guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues.
