About the role
Papi's Country Kitchen is seeking a proactive Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in its Medicine Hat location. You will be responsible for driving profitability while maintaining high standards of service, safety, and team performance.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and develop budgets for food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching as needed.
- Create and manage staff work schedules.
- Supervise a team of 5‑10 employees, ensuring smooth restaurant operations.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels.
- Enforce health and safety regulations.
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly.
Required profile
- College, CEGEP or comparable non‑university certificate/diploma (1‑2 years).
- 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
- Basic security clearance and references required.
- Dependable, flexible, organized, reliable, and a strong team player.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to multitask.
