Restaurant Manager

About the role

Landing Restaurants, part of Recipe Unlimited, is seeking a full‑time Restaurant Manager for its Burlington/Oakville locations in the Halton Region. You will lead both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams, ensuring every guest receives a memorable, high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including shift scheduling and staff supervision.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and coach team members to maintain service and food quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
• Monitor inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and manage cash and financial controls.
• Drive sales, meet profitability targets, and execute promotions and company policies.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful workplace culture.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing diverse restaurant teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of food & beverage operations, including food safety and quality control.
• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and resolve issues calmly.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma required; post‑secondary education in hospitality or business is a plus.
