About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our Indian kitchen and bar in Oshawa, Ontario. This full‑time, on‑site position will ensure exceptional guest experiences while upholding our standards of quality and hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service.
- Hire, train, and manage front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff.
- Maintain inventory levels, conduct stock checks and manage ordering.
- Monitor performance metrics and achieve financial and operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and restaurant standards.
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for guests and staff.
Required profile
- Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably with Indian cuisine.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to drive guest satisfaction.
- Effective communication and leadership skills for team management.
- Problem‑solving ability in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience handling inventory and meeting financial goals.
