About the role
The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations of a dining establishment, ensuring smooth service, staff efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This on‑site position requires a hands‑on leader who can balance operational tasks with team development.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and improve daily restaurant operations.
- Monitor and coach staff performance.
- Plan, organize, and schedule daily activities.
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant personnel.
- Set work schedules and manage shift coverage.
- Balance cash, prepare balance sheets, and complete cash reports.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Cost products and services to maintain profitability.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels.
- Address customer complaints and ensure high‑quality service.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Ability to work on‑site full time.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
