Restaurant Host – Craft Brewery in Banff National Park

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Hosts to be the welcoming face of Three Bears Brewery & Restaurant, a craft brewery set within the stunning scenery of Banff National Park. As the first point of contact for guests, you will help create a memorable dining experience in our unique indoor‑outdoor setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
• Manage reservation and wait‑list systems to optimize table turnover.
• Assist servers with table clearing and coordination to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain a clean and organized host station and lobby area.
• Act as an ambassador for the Banff Hospitality Brand, promoting a positive atmosphere.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong work ethic and a collaborative team spirit.
