About the role

Join Chipotle’s fast‑casual restaurants as a Crew Member, where you’ll help prepare fresh, responsibly sourced food and deliver a friendly dining experience. No prior experience is required – we provide training for every station, from grill to cash register.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare food items by hand at the grill, prep, salsa, and expo stations.
• Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dishwashing and sanitation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
• Passion for helping and serving customers and teammates.
• Desire to learn food preparation techniques.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
