Restaurant Assistant Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant. You will work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure smooth service, high customer satisfaction, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor daily restaurant operations.
• Plan, organize, and oversee daily service activities.
• Recruit, train, and schedule staff members.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
• Enforce health and safety regulations throughout the venue.
• Address customer complaints and provide exceptional service.
• Assist in organizing and managing special events.

Required profile

• College, CEGEP or equivalent 1‑2 year certificate/diploma.
• 1 to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site and handle a fast‑paced environment.
