Resident Experience Coordinator

About the role

The Resident Experience Coordinator provides effective customer service to prospective and current tenants and supports property staff in delivering a quality living experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate resident functions such as orientation, utility set‑up, package delivery and reminders.
• Develop and publish the property newsletter featuring events, services and advertisements.
• Handle resident issues including neighbor disputes, maintenance requests and incident reporting.
• Schedule and manage clubhouse rentals, collect fees and ensure guest suites are ready.
• Process maintenance work orders, follow up with residents and prepare weekly maintenance reports.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, support move‑ins and renewal inspections, and provide administrative resident communications.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience in customer service.
• Valid driver’s licence to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to lift up to 4.5 kg independently (11.4 kg with assistance) and work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Experience using property‑management software such as Yardi or OneSite.
• Basic mathematical skills for financial record‑keeping and budgeting.
