Reporting Specialist

About the role

ACCIONA, a global infrastructure company active in Canada since 2001, is hiring a Reporting Specialist. The role develops, maintains and enhances Power BI dashboards, sets up data dictionaries and KPI logs, and delivers reliable insights for decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports
• Ensure data quality, consistency and integrity across reporting solutions
• Prepare monthly and weekly report submissions according to project requirements
• Lead and coordinate the reporting team to meet stakeholder and discipline team needs

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in Power BI dashboard development and data modeling
• Ability to lead, guide and support team members

Required skills

• Power BI (DAX, Power Query)
• Data dictionaries, KPI tracking and data validation
• Python (Pandas, NumPy, PySpark)
• Integrating data from SharePoint, Excel and SQL
• EVM and project controls concepts

What we offer

• Annual base salary of $105,000-$120,000 CAD, depending on experience, qualifications and internal equity
