Remote Recruiter / Headhunter for Non‑Tech Roles

About the role

Objective Recruiting, a Vancouver‑based firm, is seeking remote recruiters to fill non‑technical positions for Canadian clients. The role can be full‑time, part‑time, or fractional and offers flexible compensation structures.

Key responsibilities

• Source and headhunt qualified candidates, including passive talent.
• Conduct structured assessments and recorded video interviews.
• Manage full‑cycle recruiting from sourcing through candidate delivery and hiring.
• Coordinate work schedule around Canadian Pacific Time, with availability in afternoons and evenings.

Required profile

• Recruiting experience in Canada, the US, UK, EU, Switzerland, Australia, or New Zealand.
• Demonstrated ability in sourcing, interviewing, or full‑cycle recruiting.
• CEFR C1 English proficiency or higher.
• Professional video‑call setup: well‑lit, confidential workspace, no virtual backgrounds.

What we offer
