Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant

About the role

Accenture is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Consultant to join its Advanced Technology Centers. The role involves providing functional and technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules and working closely with clients on implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional/technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Support implementations, including configuration, testing, and deployment of Payroll modules.
• Gather client requirements, perform fit‑gap analysis, and design solutions during implementation.
• Deliver end‑user support, troubleshooting, guidance, and training.
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional and offshore teams to resolve support issues.
• Design, build, and test Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll reports.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of hands‑on functional/technical experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules.
• Strong communication skills and experience in client‑facing roles.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent college program.
• Fluent English for regular interaction with English‑speaking stakeholders across Canada.
