Bilingual Human Resources Generalist

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual HR Generalist who will drive exceptional employee experiences across Canada. The role blends traditional HR responsibilities with onboarding program management, process improvement and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day HR support, advise on policies and employment legislation, and handle employee relations and investigations.
• Coach managers on performance management, engagement, attendance and people leadership practices.
• Coordinate and deliver virtual onboarding sessions, maintain onboarding resources and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement process automation opportunities, work with HRIS and IT teams, and document standard operating procedures.
• Support workforce planning, organizational changes and national HR initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 2‑4 years of progressive HR Generalist or Advisor experience.
• Experience in employee relations, coaching leaders and facilitating onboarding or training programs.
• Knowledge of Canadian employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and problem‑solving abilities.
