Oracle Compensation and Benefits Consultant

About the role

Accenture is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation and Benefits Consultant to join its Advanced Technology Centers. This hybrid position supports clients across Canada, providing functional and technical expertise for Oracle Cloud HCM modules.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation and Benefits modules, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Support implementations, including configuration, testing, deployment, and end‑user training.
• Gather client requirements, perform fit‑gap analysis, and design solutions during implementation.
• Develop and maintain documentation for HCM Payroll configurations and processes.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional and offshore teams to resolve support issues.
• Design, build, and test Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll reports.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of hands‑on functional/technical experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation and Benefits modules.
• Strong communication skills and experience in client‑facing roles.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent college program.
• Fluent English for regular interaction with English‑speaking stakeholders across Canada.
