About the role

We are seeking an experienced legal professional to work remotely on a contract basis, delivering high‑quality legal documents and analyses. The role offers flexible hours (10‑40 hrs/week) and focuses on creating original, confidential content for various legal projects.

Key responsibilities

Draft and structure legal documents such as memos, case briefs, contracts, and policy analyses.
Incorporate tables, charts, diagrams, or other visual aids to enhance document clarity.
Ensure all materials are original, not sourced from the internet or generated synthetically.
Maintain strict confidentiality and privilege awareness in all communications.
Participate in feedback cycles to refine content and support AI model training.

Required profile

Strong experience in legal document drafting and substantive legal analysis.
Proven ability to produce clear, accurate legal writing on complex topics.
Demonstrated awareness of confidentiality obligations, privilege, and data‑privacy standards.
