About the role

We are seeking a Remote Legal Specialist on a contract basis to produce high‑quality legal documents for a variety of projects. The role involves 10‑40 hours per week and offers an hourly rate of $20‑$40.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and structure legal documents such as memos, case briefs, contracts, and policy analyses, incorporating tables, charts, or diagrams as needed.
• Ensure all materials are original, free from internet‑sourced or synthetic content.
• Perform deep legal analysis, issue spotting, and provide technically detailed submissions.
• Produce documents ranging from 10 to 100 pages, tailored to project requirements.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and privilege awareness in all communications.
• Engage in feedback cycles to refine content and support AI model training.

Required profile

• Proven experience in legal document drafting and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to write clear, accurate legal texts on complex topics.
• Familiarity with incorporating visual elements (tables, diagrams) into legal documents.
• Strong understanding of confidentiality obligations, privilege, and data‑privacy standards.
