Registered Practical Nurse

About the role

The Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) provides professional nursing care to residents of a Chartwell retirement residence. You will work closely with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality, person‑centered care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care and support resident assessments.
• Implement and monitor individualized care plans.
• Provide guidance and supervision to Care Workers.
• Promote resident wellbeing and help them enjoy daily activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) and membership in good standing.
• Passion for caring for seniors and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.

Required skills

• Clinical nursing competencies as defined by the College of Nurses Standard of Practice.
