Key responsibilities

Planning, development, implementation and evaluation of quality resident care
Supervising, coordinating and guiding staff in the provision of resident care
Assuming responsibility for the facility in the absence of Senior Management
Aiding in the implementation of organization goals
Maintaining a clean, comfortable and safe environment
Providing quality resident care by assessing and assisting residents with activities of daily living

Required profile

Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses
Standard First Aid, CPR and Phlebotomy certification
Clear criminal record and vulnerable sectors check
Strong English communication skills
Bachelor of Nursing (asset)
Experience in a geriatric setting (asset)
