About the role

Key responsibilities
- Planning, development, implementation and evaluation of quality resident care
- Supervising, coordinating and guiding staff in the provision of resident care
- Assuming responsibility for the facility in the absence of Senior Management
- Aiding in the implementation of organization goals
- Maintaining a clean, comfortable and safe environment
- Providing quality resident care by assessing and assisting residents with activities of daily living
Required profile
- Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses
- Standard First Aid, CPR and Phlebotomy certification
- Clear criminal record and vulnerable sectors check
- Strong English communication skills
- Bachelor of Nursing (asset)
- Experience in a geriatric setting (asset)
