Registered Nurse – In‑home Patient Support (Casual/Part‑time)

About the role

Calian Patient Support Program is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide in‑home patient care in Maynooth, ON and surrounding areas. This casual, part‑time position allows you to set your own schedule while delivering essential infusion and injection services directly to patients.

Key responsibilities

• Administer in‑home infusions, injections, and provide training on auto‑injection and self‑injection devices.
• Perform phlebotomy as required.
• Schedule appointments directly with patients or caregivers and conduct visits at the patient’s home or approved locations.
• Provide follow‑up care and complete all required charting using Calian’s proprietary electronic system.
• Report any adverse events within 24 hours.
• Fulfill additional duties related to patient support as needed.

Required profile

• Valid nursing license in the province of Ontario.
• Minimum two years of post‑graduation nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to work independently, organize and prioritize patient visits.
• Excellent documentation, time‑management and customer‑service skills.
• Home office equipped with computer, internet and mobile phone.
• Valid driver’s licence and insured vehicle.
