Registered Nurse – Full Time at Regina Gardens

About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) will work under the Director of Care to deliver safe, ethical, and high‑quality nursing services to residents at Regina Gardens. This full‑time position focuses on resident wellbeing, teamwork, and compliance with AgeCare’s mission and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing and allied services for residents within the neighbourhood and across the residence.
• Lead shift reports, ensuring the health‑care team is updated on changes in resident status.
• Document significant changes in residents’ condition in accordance with AgeCare policies and provincial nursing standards.
• Review and process physician orders promptly, communicating any issues to the Director of Care.

Required profile

• Sound knowledge and experience in geriatric, rehabilitation or long‑term care nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and registration in good standing with the provincial nursing college.
• Familiarity with the Long‑Term Care Act, Health Disciplines Act and other relevant provincial and federal health statutes.
