About the role
Interior Health is looking for a reliable and motivated Registered Nurse to join the Ambulatory Care team at Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops. This part‑time relief position offers the chance to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment while providing high‑quality patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients independently and as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
- Enhance quality of life for patients and families through consultation and collaboration with other health‑care providers.
- Apply continuous improvement and evidence‑based practice in daily nursing activities.
- Maintain and advance personal clinical competence.
- Participate in designated hospital committees, teams, and approved research projects.
- Work rotating day and night shifts with on‑call responsibilities.
Required profile
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licence.
- Experience in ambulatory or acute care settings.
- Reliable, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Commitment to patient‑centered care and teamwork.
