Regional Sales Manager – Western Canada

About the role

Tayco is looking for an enthusiastic Regional Sales Manager to lead its contract‑furniture business across Western Canada. You will drive revenue growth, develop dealer relationships and execute regional account plans while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Implement sales strategies that align with the overall Sales Plan and target new market opportunities.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and secure annual contracts through business development.
• Build and maintain high‑performing relationships with dealers and customers to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Manage ISR (Inside Sales Representative) performance, conduct quarterly business reviews and draft annual contracts.
• Communicate Tayco’s brand identity internally and externally.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer demand to inform sales tactics.
• Attend trade shows and industry conferences to expand product knowledge and network.
• Analyse sales performance against corporate objectives and adjust plans accordingly.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the furniture or systems industry.
• Ability to travel up to 50 % of the time.
• Strong critical‑thinking skills to identify business issues and opportunities.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a proven record of exceeding targets.
• Customer‑focused attitude and excellent relationship‑building capabilities.
