Real Estate Investments Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Analyst to join our Real Estate Investments team in Toronto. Reporting to the Managing Director, Investments, you will play a key role in supporting acquisition and disposition activities across core, development, and value‑add projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, interpret and communicate financial models for land acquisitions and development projects.
• Prepare valuation models for ground‑up developments or property repositioning, collaborating with cross‑functional teams on assumptions, costs, market research and risk analysis.
• Generate strategic insights using quantitative and qualitative data to guide acquisition and development decisions.
• Enhance and create tools and templates to standardise project evaluation processes.
• Present findings in clear, professional presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Track and report on pipeline project progress, timing and updates.
• Participate in internal development and investment meetings and provide broad financial and real‑estate analytical support.

Required profile

• University degree in architecture, planning, real‑estate development or business/finance with a real‑estate focus.
• Minimum 3 years of diverse real‑estate experience.
• Strong financial acumen, high attention to detail and solid decision‑making abilities.
• Proven experience preparing investment recommendation presentations and reports.
• Self‑starter, strategic thinker with a service‑oriented attitude.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and high integrity.
