Development Coordinator

About the role

Broccolini is seeking a Development Coordinator to support industrial, commercial and institutional projects from due diligence through construction and delivery. The role ensures project information, follow‑ups and deliverables are organized, tracked and executed in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities

• Support issuance and coordination of design RFPs and track client design criteria.
• Maintain project trackers, organize drawings, reports and agreements, and manage tender documentation packages.
• Track RFIs, change orders and ensure proper documentation within the common data environment.
• Assist with legal and financial coordination, including invoicing packages and insurance documentation.
• Participate in design meetings, schedule meetings, record minutes and follow up on action items.
• Travel to project sites, including out‑of‑province locations, as required.

Required profile

• 1–3 years experience in real‑estate development, construction or related coordination role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• Strong interest in real‑estate development and willingness to travel.
• Excellent time‑management, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
