Real Estate Transactions Manager

About the role

The Manager of Real Estate Transactions partners with the VP to drive the full deal lifecycle—from sourcing and underwriting to closing and post‑close asset management. This position is central to advancing Broccolini’s industrial acquisition, development, and disposition pipeline across Ontario.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and advance industrial acquisition, development, and disposition opportunities.
• Prepare financial models, pro formas, IRR, equity multiple, and sensitivity analyses.
• Coordinate negotiation and execution of purchase agreements, leases, and development contracts.
• Manage due‑diligence activities including environmental, title, zoning, and municipal approvals.
• Develop investment committee presentations and recommendations.
• Respond to RFPs and strategic development opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with brokers, municipalities, consultants, and institutional partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real‑estate transactions, acquisitions, development, or investment.
• Strong knowledge of the Ontario industrial real‑estate market.
• Proven ability to prepare detailed financial models and investment analyses.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
