Quality Assurance Officer – Aviation Inspections

About the role

The Quality Assurance Officer will support aviation safety by conducting thorough inspections of air carrier operators and aircraft maintenance facilities. This onsite position requires detailed reporting and the ability to recommend corrective actions to uphold regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare draft investigative reports of findings from inspections.
• Recommend corrective or enforcement actions based on identified issues.
• Suggest improvements to inspection, licensing, and safety standards.
• Conduct inspections of establishments and individuals holding or applying for air carrier operating certificates.
• Inspect facilities engaged in aircraft maintenance, repair, or modification.
