PTC Windchill Business Consultant – Industry X

About the role

As a PTC Windchill Business Consultant within Accenture's Industry X team, you will help clients modernize their product development and manufacturing processes using digital technologies. You will work across multiple sectors, delivering end‑to‑end PLM solutions that drive efficiency, sustainability and new revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide domain expertise on complex PLM projects and lead requirement‑gathering workshops.
• Collaborate with solution architects to design and document functional specifications.
• Drive business process design and support organizational change management activities.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and test PTC Windchill solutions, including functional and integration testing.
• Prepare training materials, deliver end‑user training, and coach workstream teams.
• Produce documentation of configuration, architecture and solution enhancements.
• Report progress, manage issues and support post‑implementation maintenance.
• Travel to client sites up to 50% of the time.

Required profile

• Mid‑level consulting experience with a focus on PLM or digital manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for workshops and client interactions.
