Millwright – Industrial Mechanic for Brewing Production

About the role
Join Labatt’s brewing production team as a Millwright, responsible for maintaining and repairing critical equipment that keeps our beer lines running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment in a production environment.
- Troubleshoot and repair gearboxes, pumps, bottle and can fillers, labelers, palletizers, depalletizers, packers, brewhouse equipment and beer centrifuges.
- Follow plant safety, housekeeping and food‑production quality standards.
Required profile
- Valid Red Seal Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Certificate.
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial mechanic, millwright or machinist trade, preferably in a production facility.
- Willingness to work rotating day, afternoon and night shifts, with optional overtime and holidays.
- Strong attendance, safety record and ability to work independently.
