Program Manager II

About the role

Instacart is looking for a Program Manager II to join its Commercial Program Management team. The role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering with Ads Product, Brand Partnerships, Measurement Science, Retail, Strategic Partnerships, Finance and Engineering to drive cross‑functional programs from concept through launch and scale.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic execution and portfolio management for commercial initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to define, prioritize and launch programs.
• Establish governance processes and scalable execution frameworks.
• Bring structure to complex, multi‑stakeholder projects and ensure measurable business impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing programs that involve multiple business functions.
• Ability to partner closely with product, finance, engineering and partnership teams.
• Strong analytical mindset to drive data‑informed decisions.
