Program Coordinator – Recreational Activities

About the role

The Program Coordinator will lead and organise recreational activities at Strathcona Park Lodge, ensuring safe and engaging experiences for guests and participants. This full‑time, onsite role involves supervising staff, handling administrative duties, and collaborating with the outdoor education team.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise professional staff, program leaders, instructors, and volunteer staff.
• Perform a range of administrative tasks related to program delivery.
• Coordinate and schedule recreational activities for guests and participants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication, sound judgement, strong organisational skills and a team‑player attitude.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and comfortably with children.
• Successful criminal record check, driving record check and vulnerable sector check.
