Production Operator – Tape Manufacturing (Brockville)

About the role

3M is seeking a Production Operator to join its Tape Manufacturing team in Brockville, Ontario. You will work on rotating shifts, operating machinery and contributing to a safe, efficient production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment across the plant.
• Apply Lean and 5S principles to ensure safe, optimal equipment use and continuous improvement.
• Perform regular quality checks and maintain compliance with standards.
• Troubleshoot plant processes, execute equipment changeovers, and conduct minor repairs.
• Adapt to new product demands and shifting plant priorities.

Required profile

• High School diploma or equivalent (completed before start).
• Ability and flexibility to work rotating shifts.
• Residency in Canada.
• Eligibility for Controlled Goods Clearance (Canadian citizenship or permanent residency, valid ID, five‑year residential and employment history).
