Operations Manager – Canada

About the role

Ocean Spray is seeking an Operations Manager to lead end‑to‑end operational strategy for its Canadian business. The role bridges supply chain, sales, co‑manufacturing partners and cross‑functional teams to ensure customer service, inventory optimization and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational performance of Ocean Spray’s Canadian co‑manufacturing network, ensuring quality, cost and production targets.
• Own the Integrated Business Planning forecast process, collaborating with demand planning, supply planning and commercial teams.
• Manage Canadian innovation and product commercialization projects from concept through market launch.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailer supply‑chain executives and key customer stakeholders.
• Identify supply constraints, inventory risks and develop mitigation actions to protect service levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in CPG, food or beverage operations, including 5 years in leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of SAP for operational reporting and analysis.
