Procurement & Product Coordinator

About the role

The Procurement & Product Coordinator supports SPF’s Editions and luxury hospitality projects by managing the end‑to‑end flow of products, furniture, artwork and accessories. Based in Toronto, the role works closely with design, project management, operations and external vendors to ensure timely procurement, production and installation while respecting budgets and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage SPF Editions orders, production schedules, logistics and deliveries.
• Coordinate vendors, fabricators, suppliers and showrooms; track shop drawings and quality control.
• Oversee FF&E, artwork and accessory procurement, including purchase orders, budgeting and tracking.
• Arrange shipping, warehousing, receiving and on‑site installations; resolve any logistics or delivery issues.
• Support installations, post‑installation follow‑up and continuous improvement of operational workflows.
• Liaise with artists, galleries and consultants to coordinate artwork framing, shipping and installation.
• Collaborate across Design, Project Management and Operations to align procurement with approved design selections.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in FF&E procurement, product operations or hospitality procurement.
• Background in luxury hospitality, residential, furniture or interior design environments.
• Proven ability to manage procurement workflows, purchase orders, logistics and vendor relationships independently.
• Experience with custom furniture, fabrication processes and shop drawing review is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for design, craftsmanship, art and creative culture.

Required skills

• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
