Retail Operation Coordinator

About the role

Miniso Canada is seeking a Retail Operation Coordinator to support daily operations across its North York stores. The role involves data analysis, cross‑functional communication, and occasional travel for store audits and project implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operational tasks across assigned store locations, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Assist in analyzing sales, operational, and performance data to support informed decision‑making.
• Coordinate communications between retail stores and head office, and prepare reports and dashboards using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Travel to stores for audits, field support, training, or special project implementation.
• Support logistics planning, including shipment coordination and marketing campaign execution.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in retail operations, logistics, or data analysis.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities; able to work under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license and availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
