Logistics / Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator will support security project execution across Canada by managing warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, shipping and receiving. This hands‑on role requires strong organization and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing and shipping of security equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems and conduct regular cycle counts.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments domestically and internationally, preparing all required documentation.
• Partner with Project Managers and Operations to forecast material needs and ensure project readiness.
• Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment safely while adhering to health and safety standards.

Required profile

• High School Diploma (post‑secondary education in Supply Chain or related field is an asset).
• 3‑5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control or logistics coordination.
• Experience in construction, low‑voltage, security or project‑based environments preferred.
• Valid forklift certification and ability to lift up to 50 lb.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
