About the role
Wenco International Mining Systems is seeking a full‑time Supply Chain Technician focused on RMA and hardware. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the role involves hands‑on preparation, testing and troubleshooting of a wide range of hardware and cabling.
Key responsibilities
- Perform repetitive preparation work on various hardware and cabling.
- Prepare and configure networking equipment.
- Test, troubleshoot and repair customer equipment.
- Document preparation procedures and configuration requirements.
- Review and contribute to process improvements.
- Complete ad‑hoc tasks as requested by the manager.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in hardware or a related role.
- Qualification in radio or electronics, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with precise attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems (XPe, XP, Win7, Win10 IoT).
- Electronic fault‑finding skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
