Key responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, and store ingredients for all menu items.

• Support line cooks by delivering pre‑pped items quickly and accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.
• Ensure all food is handled according to safety and sanitation standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a food‑preparation role.
• Open availability to work various shifts.
• Food Safe Level 1 accreditation preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
