Practice Management Consultant – Toronto or Vancouver

About the role

Raymond James Ltd. is looking for a Practice Management Consultant to support financial advisors across Canada. Based in Toronto or Vancouver, you will act as the primary liaison to identify improvement opportunities and connect advisors with internal resources.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement practice management programs that drive efficiency and asset growth for advisors.
• Lead in‑branch workshops, collaborating with corporate departments and external partners.
• Build strong relationships with Branch Managers to promote best‑practice adoption.
• Partner with the VP of Practice Management to provide personalized support to select advisor teams.
• Identify innovative solutions to enhance business performance and practice growth.
• Expand internal resources available to advisors and guide them to appropriate internal or external support.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education.
• 5–7 years of experience in Financial Services, preferably with practice management or coaching background.
• Proficiency with MS Office (intermediate Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proven leadership ability to motivate change and manage competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
