Power BI Software Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Software Developer specialized in Microsoft Power BI and Business Intelligence solutions. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining enterprise‑grade analytics platforms that enable data‑driven decision making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations for on‑premises and cloud environments.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, semantic and dimensional models, and data‑warehouse structures.
• Implement Power BI administration tasks including workspace management, Row‑Level Security, dataset refresh scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using SSIS, Informatica, and Azure Data Factory.
• Support release management and DevOps processes with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, PowerShell or Python scripts for automated deployment and testing.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure data accuracy, security, and optimal performance.

Required profile

• Several years of hands‑on experience with Power BI, SQL Server, and enterprise BI solutions.
• Proven expertise in data‑warehousing concepts, ETL development, and cloud analytics services.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and experience automating deployments.
• Ability to work independently and communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
