Plumber – Maintenance & Repair

About the role

Goldstein Plumbing and Gas Ltd. is seeking a reliable plumber to join our team in Vancouver. You will work across residential, commercial, industrial and construction sites, handling installation and repair of plumbing systems.

Key responsibilities

• Install and repair domestic, commercial and industrial plumbing fixtures and systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications to plan pipe layouts.
• Cut openings in walls and floors, and position pipe connections, passage holes and fixtures.
• Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, soldering, brazing or welding equipment.
• Schedule personnel, tools and equipment, and test pipelines for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
• Determine pipe sizing, estimate material quantities and costs, and prepare job estimates.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation (high school) or equivalent.
• 1 to less than 2 years of hands‑on plumbing experience.
• Ability to work on various sites – residential, commercial, industrial and construction.
